I love happy hour :-) good food nice staff
LETS START FROM THE BEGINNING WHEN WE WERE SEATED THE WAITRESS DIDNT GIVE US ANY SILVERWARE. THEN SHE KEPT THROWING IN HER OPINIONS WHEN WE ORDERED OUR DRINKS TELLING US THAT WE CANT FREE REFILLS AS IF WE ASKED HER,WHICH WE DIDN'T. THEN WE GOT TWO STRAWBERRY LEMONADES WITH BARELY ANY STRAWBERRY'S IN OUR DRINKS AND SHE DIDN'T GIVE US ANY STRAWS . THEN WHEN WE ORDERED OUR FOOD SHE STARTED THROWING IN HER OPINIONS AGAIN TELLING ME STUFF I DIDN'T WANT TO HEAR .WHEN WE GOT OUR FOOD MY DAUGHTERS CHICKEN TENDERS LOOKED AS IF SOMEONE JUST REHEATED THEM AND THEN BURNED THEM. MY 3 CHEESE PENNE PASTA HAD NO SAUCE LITERALLY AND WAS EXTREMELY DRY AND DIDN'T COME WITH THE BREAD. MY HUSBANDS SALAD WAS HARD AND NASTY AND IT WAS JUST TERRIBLE SERVICE THE WAITRESS DIDN'T CHECK UP ON US AND SEE HOW THE FOOD WAS OR ANYTHING,SHE WAS THE WORST!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE AND I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE.
I love this Applebee's. The staff are quick and attentive and the food is always good. My favourite place to do homework and drink wine lol.
Our waitress was horrible. We had a group of about 6 women. We were not difficult or rude because we are in the service industry. She never smiled and asked very rudely "What do you want?" She ended up making another waitress take our table. My order was incorrect, but they lied and said it was correct and that the menu was wrong. Really? I went home to Applebess online and my order was what I wanted they just brought me a completely different meal! They lied so they wouldn't have to take it back. Well when I bit into the burger the meat was RED. So I had to send it back even though I hate doing that. When they brought it back out it was BLACK! Burnt to a crisp (of course). They never brought some of the other women's meals, drinks, etc. They mixed up credit cards and bill, then told us to figure it out by paying the difference to each other. They offered no discount or correction. I would never go back. It wasn't even worth calling management.
We get in here about once a month and the service is consistently good, fun atmosphere.
