Great place and Cool stuff. A must see for Aviation buffs.
This is a place that works hard to please the local community. I have been here several times now and was pretty impressed. I do reviews professionally and I find it comporting when you walk into a establishment that they great you right away and acknowledge that you walked thru the door for a reason....Here your either hungry or want a drink or both. The bartender immediately introduced herself as C.A.T. and ask me for my name as well. So things were going in the right direction when you come into a place and the service appears to be "GREAT". It was just that CAT explained what was on the menu in detail and said what her recommendations where and I ended up with a good all american Cheese burger. It was great flavor done to perfection and everything I would expect in a good burger.I am pretty tough with my 5 stars and usually will come back and edit the review if I go to a place several times and have the same or close to the same experience consistency is the Key. Things change drastically if the other servers are not on board like CAT obviously is. Best bar in Yuma! Local friendly crowd that make you feel at home. Can't beat the prices for food and beer compared to all the big name bars that are way over priced. Plus a really cool atmosphere with all the military memorabilia on the walls.
I love the LZ! They have the coolest military memorabilia on the walls and a great patio with an amazing view to relax while having a drink after work. Don't get me started on the food! I think they have best rolled tacos around and the grilled prime club is the best sandwich I've ever had! The weekend bands are always fun and I love coming in to see Doug for karaoke. The owners, Bill and Evelyn, are two terrific people. They make me feel like I'm a part of their family.
