Don't bother going to this place to get anything to eat anytime close to closing because they shut off their fryers an hour before hand. Upon our complete surprise for not being able to fulfill an order for Fries the employees even went on to say that they are often yelled at by customers for not being able fill orders, the reason being because the owner says the fryers need an extra hour to cool so the grease can be changed. I'm sorry but you don't have a sign that says "Open 9-9" but stop cooking all food at 8. That is not how you do business in my opinion.
Went though the drive-thru today to order my nephew a dipped cone. A lady that stated she was the manager/owner gave me a dipped cone that was leaning at nearly 45 degree angle and upon politely asking if she would re-make the cone she literally started freaking out and yelled "Are you serious?" at me. I assured her that I was but she continued to pitch a fit causing my nephew to cry when she started yelling. I only wanted her to re-make the cone so it wouldn't spill out of the cone. I then asked her if it's her policy to deny basic customer requests and she then wasn't going to even give me the cone. I asked her to give me the cone and then I informed her that she would be receiving a bad review from me, that I would be contacting the head of DG Franchise Operations and that they would never be getting my business again. Save yourself the trouble, don't eat here and don't encourage bad businesses with your hard earned money.
Service, food,atmosphere. Top notch. Enough said.
Friendly, polite. fast service, and clean.
Love this place. Usual teenage workers. What do you expect. Always get good service. Owners are great people. Very people oriented
