Texas Roadhouse

I was at this establishment sometime last month, not only nwas the food sub par, but i was charged by "Reba" for not only my tab, but someone elses. 45 dollar tab for an appetizer and a beer. this establishment is satisfactory for the average American family. However, my first and most memorable time at this resturant; i was hoping that Texans knew how to BBQ. I ordered the ribs, Not only was my mother greatly dissapointed with her salad, my "Ribs" were nothing more than a burnt boney char. there was no meat on these "chicken bones". not to mention the ambience of this place, loud noisy children. I have faith that Donald, the manager, in his wisdom, will turn this place around. Good place for beer and "Texas" style BBQ.........
85 min wait for my mothers 71st birthday food was terrible and service was just the same they brought my side dish when I was about to leave I wouldn't recommend this place for any special occasion unless its just 2 ppl it was so bad I will never come here again service is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO
steaks, average, frys , too much spice, great bread, too noisy
we arrived for dinner and given a pager. 20 minutes later the pager activated only to be laughed at by the young lady to say she had sent the wrong one. i asked for her boss and she would not rectify any problem but to give us another one to wait longer, no sorry's or action's received at all. said we were leaving and we get a sarcastic, "have a nice day".
I've been to a couple of these restaurants on the road and never had a good experience. The employees are often the best part about the place, they always seem to try very hard. Unfortunately, the food is just not good. Dry pork, chewy steaks. The appetizers just seem bland and uninteresting. Well, they do try to get different and do rattlesnake, but its so breaded down that you can't taste anything!
