Great service, needs more employees
Love it :) Mom and I have been here multiple times and we are always extremely satisfied by the food and the service. And these reviews are just silly. Dry and tasteless??? No I think YOU are tasteless. Their burgers are so juicy and flavorful! Every check I run over to Johnny's, drooling just thinking about their delicious burgers and endless fries! Be warned though it can get busy during lunch and at times the staff are short handed so do cut them some slack they try so hard to do their best. Only once have I had a problem, one day when they served my burger it was very sloppily made. Half the burger was sliding off the bun and bun was a little crushed, but still tasted delicious! I recommend server Danielle! She remembers everything I get and always offers the BEST service. Mom and I love her :) Definitely check this place out and do a bit of shopping after :)
I have heard bad things about this johnny rockets but i never really been the type to judge places off of others opinions. So i tried it out I liked the food and my service was very friendly. But i did look around and realized that there was only one server on, this poor girl was running around like a maniac trying to serve customers as fast as possible. People don't realize that this is not the employees fault that they are the only one working that night. If you walk into a place and you see its busy, expect your food to take longer than usual, and if there is one server cut them some slack. I was a server for a long time when i was younger and there is nothing worse than a grumpy customer and a worn out sever who is trying to do all that they can. Good food, friendly i would eat here again.
