Amazing coffees. Single source, high quality where you really get to taste the differences in styles and regions. He roasts each batch to the roast that best brings out the flavor profile of the particular bean. Nice guy. Very personable and friendly on the phone. His office blend is delicious and my wife and I use that as our house espresso for lattes etc... and drink the varietals as pour overs or french press. Fast and excellent customer service. I have sent a number of people to him and none have been disappointed.
Seth knows his stuff and is crazy passionate about coffee. I haven't even had a chance to make a cup of coffee with the beans I bought but had an opportunity to try a few with him and I know I'll be a repeat customer.
