Love the small space and atmosphere of the building. Had a chance to try a pint while visiting Bisbee and it was great. My wife got the root beer and it was amazing. Plus, finding a microbrewery in a city the size of Bisbee is remarkable and very refreshing.
Not to be missed on any trip to Bisbee! Weather permitting, enjoy one of their brews in the upstairs Biergarten with a great view of old Bisbee.
I consider myself a beer snob so when I discovered this gem of a place in Bisbee just a few steps from my hotel I had to pop in for a pre-dinner beer. I have been drinking IPAs lately so I decided on that as my first. Oh, and my second. Then I stayed for a brot and an Ale. This ultra-hip ultra clean microbrew captured my attention and I couldn't tear away. I spoke to one of the owners. I learned that they have the latest glycol cooling system from the holding tanks right up to the taps. They have a water-spray cooling system for the glasses right before the pour to make sure the beer they make is the beer you enjoy. I was so happy. I didn't really want to leave. When you go there, get the "flight" it is a sampler of the seven beers that they have to offer. Fun People, Great place.
This place has some excellent beer. 7 to choose from and all of them are awesome! The Royal Stout makes you want more. Everyone that works here is very friendly and the best. The owners were dancing in the walk way while we were here, too cute! Will definitely come back!
