I thought they would've improved, but I guess I was wrong. On one occasion I went in the business and was greeted to the staff in the front having a coversation among themselves. I waited at the counter for 5 mins and no one ever came to get my order so I left. Months later come here again, this time I see a new staff. My bf and I order the same drink, same size. When we go to pay the man at the counter charged us a dollar more for one of the drinks. I questioned why, but he claimed nothing could be done about it since he already swiped my card... Not going back again.
Disgusting and awful service... disappointing
My first experience at this Dunkin' Donuts was excellent as far as dealing with the employees, but the coffee was rancid. The second time I went, the woman at the counter was rude. She spent the entirety of our visit complaining about not getting her smoke break. She failed to give us our coffee after we asked for it twice, and when she finally did it was rancid. They need to clean out their coffee makers and clean out that employee. We haven't been back since.
