this dairy queen has been known for its bad service but over the past few years I have continued to give them the benefit of the doubt and the service has definitely improved. drive thru service is getting faster and the staff seems to be friendly except maybe the cooks. my only other complaint is that it gets really hot in there sometimes.
This Dairy queen has a sign out right now that reads "voted best DQ in Conway." Since they are the ONLY DQ in Conway, I guess I'd have to agree. After experiencing the HORRIBLE service and ABSENT management, you'll be glad there isn't another one in town. 1. Rude employees who won't even go so far as saying "thank you" or greeting you when you pull to the window. 2. Consistently Slow, especially after dark. And by slow, I mean Molasses, in the Arctic circle. 3. Always out of certain items. Order a basket of anything that should have cole slaw and you'll be told that it really doesn't come with it, and no, you can't sub something like extra fries, because even if it's in the picture, it doesn't really come with it. You'll just have to trust them. Please, DQ National, close this place down.
All I can say is Yuck!
Drove up to the drive thru ordered 2 steak finger baskets....got to the window they gave us 2 chicken strip baskets....we told them what we had ordered and that's when they told us they don't have steak finger baskets....ordered medium cokes, was charged for large because they were out of medium cups...chili dogs we ordered were so cold the cheese didn't even melt....and to top it off.....while eating the chicken strip basket (that we didn't order) my husband found a hair in his fries......HORRIBLE..... WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!!!!!!
Dirty! People seem upset. Employees wear shirt that say "I love my job". They don't act like it. Burger microwaved with lettuce and tomato. Disappointed because drove to Conway just to come here.
