First timer while driving through Conway. First, this is an expensive burger place. A kids meal combo and one additional burger only for $17. Second, they charge more for an adult to order the kids meal? Did it suddenly cost more to produce it for an adult? This is a horrible practice as not everyone has an appetite for a larger burger. I cannot complain about the quality of the food and would rate it a 4 but the cost and draconian pricing is just too much. The quality does not add up to the premium prices they charge.
Gentlemen, we have always received excellent service. However, today we ordered mushrooms on my wife's burger and I ordered bacon on mine....both items were left off. In addition, the tomatoes on mine were comprised of two paper thin slices, the lettuce was only two scraggly leafs, and the onions were a couple of small strips. Your meat was good but was not satisfactorily complimented with the add-ons. Your reputation and product deserve better.

Tasty burgers. What I remember the most, though, was the outstanding service. Someone in this restaurant is a great leader and has taught their employees very well. Fantastic service.
Absolute best burgers in Southern United States! Friendly customer service when you enter and leave and unlimited fries! Love it everytime I go. Their shakes are also delicious. Never open on Sundays though and they don't cater to vegetarians as all they sell are burgers. I dropped a star because their location is a bit inconvenient. I'd love it if they had a closer location downtown.
