Chili's

It's veterans day and apparently a strawberry lemonade was far more valuable than basic respect, manners and consideration for one Vet. I've been more humiliated in a long long time.. I can stand in the street on a corner and get humiliated free. Me a 20 year veteran Army Nurse does not have to come to Chili's Conway Ar. to get that done. You don't stand over a customer saying nothing meal barely hit the table good before you rudely point out I need to addressee that the drink is not free!!! I don't appreciate being made to feel it was so important to get me told ...since I was already sucking up a free meal...Shame on you for treating ppl like that as customers get or not I don't ask for your free meal Chili's you said you were honoring Veterans today..I guess you surely meant just certain ones!!! D. Glover Army Nurse Service dates 1975-1995..don't worry about me or anyone that loves me returning to this spot Chili's in Conway Ar. ...date I was treated like I was imposing on the free meal offer by NOT going to pay for one drink November, 11, 2014...This post made Veterans Day 2014 not last week....
Always a delightful experience. Never had a bad experience at this Chili's.
I eat at this Chili's once every 4 or 5 months and every time I go it's very consistent. I get what I ordered how I ordered it within reasonable accountability for human error. The managers are friendly and will occasionally come out to see how you're doing which I really appreciate when I have my niece with me. They are very good with children. They serve alcohol in Conway Ar, to do so you must be a private club and they take it seriously instead of letting anyone in the door. If you don't like that they follow the rules don't review them.
Placed a To-Go order and was told to come by in twenty minutes. Showed up twenty minutes later and proceeded to wait twenty five minutes for my order. When my order came the manager said he wanted to "make sure [I] was satisfied with [my] order." When I informed him that I was not he shrugged and said, "Well, enjoy your meal." When I got to the car, much to my lack of surprise, the food was stone cold. Awesome.
I usually get my order correct the first time and are usually very nice.
