Took my date here. How embarassing! Once a great catfish resturante now bottom of list. :-( Most all food was fried, overcooked,& tasted like stale greese. Ribs were tender but were the worst tasting I have ever attempted to eat. Fish LOOKED good but didn't taste like catfish and not good. Shrimp much overcooked and very thin/flat hard as if pressed. Deserts: banana pudding did not taste anything like banana pudding. This was awful and our worst tasting dining experience in a long time. Service itself was good but tables a little to crowded. I do NOT recommend. Buy a TV dinner first.
If you don't like fried food this is not the restaurant for you. If you understand down-home country cookin', they have excellent catfish, chicken and shrimp. I recommend going on saturday for the frog legs!
If the price doesn't offend you the food certainly will. The only food that had a somewhat recognizable taste was the bucket of store bought potato salad. The term filthy doesn't even begin to describe the state of the dining room. Trust me, just say no to this place.

Fish is awesome and so is their green tomato relish
