Great service! What makes the service so great is the people. They always take time to explain exactly what is going on. I never feel like they are trying to sell me more than I need like most auto repair places. For me, if my cars need service or tires and Austin Brothers can do it - they are my go-to team!

After taking my car in for brake work FOUR TIMES, I still have squeaking and grinding that WAS NOT there before I took the car in for service. When I bought the brake pads I went with the $150 higher end pads which the woman said "would never squeal." They make a horribly loud noise every time I park my car for more than an hour and take off again. The parts are all visibly rusted after less than a month. They say there is nothing else they can figure out to get the problem fixed. I guess I just got ripped off. The staff were all very nice the entire time and seemed to WANT to fix the problem, the just can't seem to get it fixed. Should I take my car back for a fifth time if they couldn't fix it before now? No thanks.
Bought tires there at least 4 sets so lets say at min 4000 of business dealt with them. Good people and they do good work. Always stick to stated schedule on having things done. A++++
When i thought my alternator died, I called Austin Brothers, as they were recommended by my co-workers. They were great! I got my car over there, they had it overnight, and were very apologetic that they couldn't get to it right when I brought it in at 11 that day. They gave me a quote on the alternator, and then when they called me the next day, it was a dead battery and it ended up being only a 4th of what the quote was. They are professional and quick, very courteous. I would take my car to them again and highly recommend them.
