I would not recommend this place & I will not be coming back. If I fancy a taste of chocolate, I will go to St Lukes instead. 1) there are 2 entrances & no signage to tell you which side of the till to order from. I'm not waiting in line for 10 mins, only to be told I'm at the wrong end of the queue. 2) The food cabinet, you know the one you look in to see what you want to eat, is after the till where they want to know what you want to order without seeing what they have! 3) The place is so crowded you can't get to a table without asking someone to move. And that's the same for the waiting staff too. And any table that is spare hasn't been cleared! 4) All that and I haven't even sat down yet! My food arrives & part of it's missing. I ask for the missing item only to be told I didn't order it, but if I still wanted it I would have to pay extra! 5) The food here is delicious, but the service and the comfort is non-existent. It's CRAP.
I visited and bought goods at this place on 6 April 2013 at 1.57pm. I have noticed that the girl who served me overcharged me by $9.43. I got charged for things I did not buy. I called the number on the docket which is also found on the website around 5 times and they just don't answer the phone although I left a message for an Andrew for him to call me back on my mobile but still no reply. I did fill in the online form and submitted it on the same day but no response. I would warn people to check what they are being charged for as one would expect a bit of honesty from their staff and one would appreciate a response from the owner in this regard but NOTHING. Will I visit again? No, unless I get contacted sometime get a satisfactory outcome.
