Bill Problems We ate there tonight and our night was ruinned in the end when the time to pay came. Our bill came TWICE as it worth it. Let me explain. Our bill worth 65 euros(I calculated when we ordered) and the waiter came with a 114 euros receipt. We paid but then I start checking what was charged and I was quite surprised. We had been charged 2 more beer and 3 more dishes. I called the waitor and I asked if there was a mistake. He came back after few minutes and his explanation was that he did not close the account of the people who were sitting before! He gave us the money back and left. I find it hard to believe that he 'mistaken' the bills of us (3 people) and the previous bill ( 5 people). I am not saying that it was on purpose but still it ruinned our mood.
Good beer and good traditional food for fair prices. I was there on a Monday afternoon and the service was flawless. Huge place, I don't think it would be difficult to find a table even on busy evenings. Another great thing for parents : there's an indoor playground for kids, so you can leave them to play while you enjoy your meal and drinks.
Ordered "Kaiserschmarrn" at 10:40 pm. Waiter from Croatia with huge ego denied us and gave us some stupid explanation about the kitchens closing time..blah blah. He was in the hurry to go home. My girlfriend got her beer in a brocken glass. Food is great service was awful. Zero tip for this guy. Stay away.
Really inconsistent quality of staff and food. Sometimes both very nice. But there was a time where I found a piece of the plastic bag that the steak was wrapped in on my plate.... Also waitress hair..... So yeah... You be the judge.
Great place to eat and drink, mostly positive experiences here each time we came. Our waiter one night tried to rip us off by claiming that only the large drinks were available in the part where we were sitting, despite his colleague serving the smaller ones to the table next to us. We wanted the large ones anyway, so this just made us laugh afterwards, but that could have been really annoying. Try lowenbrau Keller downtown, that place was nicer and the service was better.
