Much more comfrotable than I had expeced. Staff were kind and reliable. The reason I chose this hotel was its location. I arrived in Munich by train, and was to fly back the following day. Usually I stay in the middle of town, not in front of a railway station, because hotels near a big railway station or an airport often lack an a relaxing air. But this hotel was full of welcoming air, staff seemd to be a good team -- not a temporary staff who happened to be at lobby but knew nothing about the hotel --. The breakfast was as satisfying as most reviewers had appreciated. The room was comfortable, modern. I am looking forward to staying in this hotel, if I'll have a chance to visit Munich again.
A decent hotel, with a particularly well linked location (train, subway, tube, bus, tram, etc.) Not the nicest area, but its the main station and within 5mins walk you're into the Western end of the 'middle' of Munich. Would go back.
Perfect location next to central train station (long distance and local) with two subway stops or a pleasant walk to Karlsplatz fountain and then along pedestrian street to central Marienplatz. Spacious rooms, modern bathrooms, firm but comfortable bed. Good breakfast included in our rate. Our whole family (kids and grandparents) loved it.
Too small rooms, much too expensive. Totally disappointed experience.
