23rd Dec, 4 of us visited at BP Okotoks around 9 pm. It was my first time visit at BP and it might be last for me. I had a terrible experience. Right from the beginning it was one of the worse service I have ever had. After got our drinks we had to wait around 15 min to find someone and place our order. no complain about food. food was great. It was Pasta night so we order 3 pasta and a thai chicken bite. though one of my friend complain his pasta was very less salt. the plate was cleaned may be after 20 min from the time we finished our food. after finished our food we asked for our bill to a waitress but she never show up. Then we called another waitress who was standing beside us with a bucket of bottle beer. I asked her if we can have our bill? But her attitude was like she is drank. And then I saw her drinking a bottle of beer and some other drinks in a tiny shoot glass!!! I personally work in a restaurant as a manager and I don't think any restaurant in the world allow their staff drinking on duty Whatever After waiting 15 min more we found a boy who came with a tray to clean our drinks glass, so I request him if we can have our bill. But unfortunately we haven't see him any more. around after 35 min a tall white shirt man who was chatting with that drank waitress all that time came to us with our bill!!!! His dress looks he is a senior staff. But seriously?? ground floor was full of customer and this two was having a good time here upstairs (we was sitting) with DJ music without any customer. its was really bad for me I expend more then 60 bucks and felt like what a wast of money!!!

We ordered a small pepperoni pizza that was just okay and bugs and cheese with a Cesar salad. we also ordered a can of ice tea and root beer.(it was so loud in the restaurant that the person had to ask 3 times what the order was.) they said it would be a 45 minute wait which i think is just ridiculous and when they finally showed up they had the wrong pop orders (but she had repeated the order back to me and she said ice tea and root beer in it.) and my daughters bugs and cheese was cold and her Cesar salad was soggy. the pizza table thinger stabbed into the pizza. not okay. i would like to just say they didn't comp us for the drinks and then acted like they deserved a tip. when we asked the delivery guy about the pop she said would u like to swap the order? we said no thank you because she said it very stuck up.

Bartenders are the greatest bartenders I have ever met kind they listen! When you say surprize me you are actually surprized! Perfect place!

I've been to many other Boston pizza's, based upon those experiences this one isn't great. based upon the reputation of Okotoks restaurants this one is on par, but doesn't stand out. I do enjoy their menu, however its not like this location doesn't anything different than any other one.

What is with these prices ? An order of wings and pizza bread for $33.00 and expect a tip. What is dragon doing financing his stupid ventures last damn time
