I'm no smoker, but got encouraged to buy this "vape" for curiosity sake, which my friends do and got me into it. I was surprised how neat is the store, in terms of display and ambiance wise. Mike, the owner helped me out find the right merchandise for me, he's very knowledgeable, but surprisingly he doesn't smoke neither! He just got the passion for business, and he love's music, which soundly you will notice the moment you enter the store. I got a bit acquainted with Mike, hence he bought his new Toyota RAV4 LTD from us here at Heninger Toyota. What can I say with this man, of class and good taste! Your experience in Tobacco Outlet would really make a difference!
I am new to the Cigar world, and just getting to know a bit more about it... but I must say this is an awesome place. Pretty cool humidor with a nice smell of cigars, reminds me of Cuba. Also, with all the interesting accessories and other unique things they carry could lead to a long visit in the shop. I just want to say thank you guys for providing quality cigars, and friendly customer service. Also, if your a cigarette smoker, these guys will beat any price in town!
These Guys Care! The owners here are extremely helpful and not pushy at all. It is nice to know that there is a place in Calgary where customer service is still important. The prices here are consistently lower than anywhere else in Calgary. If you plan on buying Xikar accessories this is the place to go. They will exchange the product for you in store rather than having to send it back to the manufacturer. Couldn't be happier with the shop. I highly recommend it.
Awesome place! Great selection of cigars, open cigarette display, and they have hookahs too! Best prices I have found. The cigar expert (Graham, works on Tues, Thurs and Saturdays) gave me some excellent recommendations. If you haven't already, you have to check this place out!
