This place had the worst service I have experienced in a long time. We ended up paying our bill for our drinks before the sheehsa came and just went somewhere else. Seriously servers sitting around smoking sheesha not doing anything..
Aside from the hair in my food, the menthol tasting blueberry sheesha, and the unwillingness to appease my friend and I, we were treated like a hassle. The server had to be flagged down in order to place a food order 50 minutes after arriving even though there were only three other tables occupied. Food was decent. However, I will never come back again. In fact, it was my worst service experience ever. This is my first time in my life that I'm writing a review. That's how horrible the service was.
I am a big fan of these type of shisha/restaurants. Been to almost all of them in calgary and by FAR the shisha is the best here. The owner is very helpful and personable and creates an experience for all of his guest. The food is home style lebanese comfort food with a western twist. I frequent this spot often and highly recommend as a shisha lounge and restaurant.
Excellent food I actually was hesitated whether to go or not after reading the reviews but then I decided to give it a try and see. The food is really good and generous portions were served to us I like their kebob and beef tika which is very tender and their tabweli and lebnah is really amazing. They actually serve shisha which I really hate to smell and I mentioned that to the owner who made sure that we sit in a very good ventlated place to mitigate the problem as much as possible and it did work. The owner is very nice person and came to our table several times to make sure that we are ok and dont need anything. We all liked the place and diffenately will go back to lunch or dine. By the way there is domino in this place so just ask the server if you are a fan of the domino game
Best shisha lounge in Calgary by far! Very friendly staff and a great food menu. This place doesn't disappoint.
