I'll start with the good (mostly because this was my first bad experience at this restaurant) service was awesome, management is diligent and very accommodating. For the bad here is our story: we came into the restaurant at about 4:30pm, headed for the bar then decided we wanted a booth so headed for the hostess. Our serve took us directly to our table. We ordered drinks. We ordered dry ribs to start, chicken tacos and Bronx burger. Dry ribs were undercooked and still raw in the middle. The waitress took them away immediately and had new ones made. Unfortunately some of those also came undercooked. We received our food. Chicken tacos were excellent but my burger was over cooked. I had also lost my appetite so only ate about 1/4 of it. The waitress and manager were endlessly but sincerely apologetic. Our bill should have had 4 alcoholic beverages a burger, dry ribs and tacos, but they decided to only bill us 2 beverages and the tacos. I've always loved this place and the service is always amazing that's why I give it 4 out of 5
Overall food was very disappointing, steak was cold, heavily charred, and overcooked. Peppercorn sauce was over salted bouillon based, not from scratch that you'd expect in a restaurant. "Hot" toffee sundae was cold and pecans came in a solid clump. Clam chowder soup was delicious. Service was excellent, friendly and very responsive.
Best service in the city of Calgary. Your greeted by Lexi n she's so fun, you are given featured special drinks while you wait. Then we sat on the dining side the first night served by Marie (on loan from the flooded earls location) super friendly ppl. The second night we went we were on the bar side, Ash, Michelle and our bartenders and the girl who brought out the food all remembered us. The food itself is very tasty but for me the service.alone is beyond good. Thanks for an amazing dining, celebrating experience
Food's amazing! I go there once a month for sure! Service is great! Love the place.
I have to quote my 21month old daughter "mmmmm num num num". She had the spagetti and meatballs. I had the santa fe chicken salad. Very good, very filling. I had left overs.
