Food is way over priced and the staff is rude and inexperienced. I've been to BP's three times and they have gotten our bill wrong all three times as well as our orders. We also had to wait 20 minutes for our waitress to even acknowledge us so we could pay our bill. 45 minutes after we wanted to leave we finally paid.... get your shit together Chestermere Boston pizza. It's a small town and people talk.
Awful online service at this location, and unhelpful/rude staff when we called in after it being an hour late. Poor quality food for the prices they charge. This has happened more then once, therefore we will never be eating here again.
This was without a doubt the worst service I have ever experienced. My 25 year old son was asked for ID. He did not have his wallet . He was asked to leave the bar to go home to get ID. We then volunteered to leave. My wife stopped to talk to a friend and she was told to leave or they will call the RCMP. We then left . Will never go back . Spoke to the manager the next day . He said if you don't like the service don't come back.
Food is shit. Seriously. Not sure about the staff. Distracted by the horrible food that BP peddles.
My favorite Boston Pizza. Friendly, efficient staff and well prepared food.
