Was at this Superstore to return some items I'd purchased 3 days earlier. Arrived just after 9 am. Store was not busy. Went to Customer service where there were 3 employees, 2 visiting (a man and a woman) and another woman standing behind the counter. I waited for what seemed like 5 mins. No one asked to help and when one of the women finally came over, her manner was dismissive, accusative and arrogant. Most unpleasant experience. I don't go to this store often. It's out of town...but was on my way to central AB and was returning some unsuitable purchases. The person who dealt with me was the same woman working in cust. service 2 yrs. ago (or so) when I returned an item. Had a similar most unpleasant, experience, but never told anyone. This person should not be working in customer service. I would not recommend this Superstore.
But I would recommend the Superstore in Huntington Hills in Calgary. Go there....not to Airdrie!
Has a great gluten free and natural food selection. Everything you need under one roof and close to home :)
