I recently bought a bike from Cyclemania. What can I say, except that the service was absolutely unparalleled! Compared to all the other bike shops I went to where I was basically ignored and treated like a moron, Wayne really helped me out and explained everything about cycling (I'm a beginner!) so I could understand. He also fit the bike for me, and even helped me with the helmet! Can't thank you enough! Your service has made a very positive start my cycling experience :) Cheers!

I rocked up with no warning on my beaten up old mountain bike, the guys there were super friendly, put a new wheel and handlebar grips on, changed a tyre, and basically made it feel like a new bike again in 15 mins. Definitely will go back for other needs. Good music playing in the shop too.

The staff at Cyclemania are fantastic. I have found them to be extremely knowledgeable and their customer service is second to none. It is nice to know that should you require assistance there is a shop that is happy to accommodate your needs both before and after your purchase. I have been to Cyclemania on 3 separate occasions. And, I can honestly say that on each occasion the service got progressively worse. On the first occasion they tried to sell me a Giant TCR Advanced for $400 more than the special price they advertised on bikeexchange. On the second occasion the guy I spoke to tried to dazzle me with his cycling achievements rather than listen to what I need in a bike and try to recommend a suitable bike for me. And, on the third occasion, which was last Saturday, they refused to spend a minute to adjust my seat because they were "too busy". However, they were not too budy to offer to book me in for a bike fitting that would have costed me $150. For the record, I have already been fitted to my bike by the bikeshop I bought it from, I only needed my seat slightly adjusted and Cyclemania were on my way home. Anyway, in my personal opinion, these guys are arrogant, unhelpful and as friendly as a tax auditor. Over the ast 7 years I have dealt regularly with 2 different bike shops and after my experiences with Cyclemania I think I will keep travelling the longer distance to these shops because at least I know that they listen to their customers and try to help them with honest, warm service.

This is the only shop that I've been to where I feel I'm not a big dollar sign and my individual needs are carefully discussed and considered. The mechanic was recommended to me as the best in the state and fitted us out for some very specialised physical requirements that he didn't blink an eye at. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and it was great to be in a store where they clearly love what they do.
