We visited between Christmas and New Years, meals were really good and we had a great time. We will filled out a feedback survey of which my mother won a $25 voucher which she was notified via a phone call. I assume they were aware that she does not live in Adelaide as per her information address and her also stating on the phone that she lives over an hour and a half away. 2-3 weeks later we went back, we specially went there as we had a voucher to use. When we phoned for the booking we asked to clarify if the voucher was still valid, we did not get an answer either way. But when we arrived there we advised that the voucher had expired as we had only one week to come and collect it, which we weren't advised on the phone. And was pretty much told too bad as the staff member walked off before we could explain the situation. I am very disappointed with the Waterloo Station Hotel and I am unsure if I will ever go back there for a meal.
Recently renovated the place and added a great beer garden and the sports bar sports records from the famous artists from the local area. Also a decent restaurant with some good food.
Staff are good and friendly, schnitzels are horrid and when i mean horrid literally the worst schnitzel ive had and for 20 dollars i expect something with at least some hint of taste. Other menu items might be better but dont purchase the schnitzel.
Staff is friendly and the food isn't bad. On average. It's a fine place to dine.
Great choice and cooking of the meal as ordered, with a short wait from initial order. All cooking in the open kitchen - fantastic idea as you see your meals being cooked.
