Overpriced rubbish . Beef schnitzel looked and tasted like it cooked yesterday and warmed up today, Chips ?? dregs about 1cm long. Salad Hmmm 2 bits soggy lettce, 2 slithers cucumber and what appeared to be a minute slither of red onion. The barely warm schnitzel was on top of chips that were stone cold because the Plate was cold. The mushroom gravy was tasteless and runny No condiments on table, no water, no placemats, NOTHING. Very minimal drinks selection Absolute waste of money. First and Last time I ever go there, and i certainly would not recommend them to anyone !!
The food here is wonderful. We go every second week and everything from the fish to the risotto is amazing. So glad to have this place in the north. I recommend this cafe highly.
Never again! The toilets smelt of urine and had no door locks, my fork looked like it was used to pry something open (the spokes where bend in other directions), a hole in the seat was covered in black tape and the light above us where flashing as if we were in a disco but the staff where quite friendly and inviting. We ordered the lasagna, upon its arrival I noticed the quality. It looked like it was frozen and chucked in the microwave (would of been better to go to Woolworths and grab one), the cheese was rubbery and the sauce was tasteless. Also it looked like it was slapped into the bowl as if we lined up for it in some type of prison movie fashion.
Best burgers in Elizabeth chips hot and crunchy for high quality I recommend this place.
Food quality varies from really good to sub par standard. Parmie as mentioned by someone else had plastic cheese, while fish was cheap nasty frozen battered fish. But other dishes I have had were really good which is a shame not all are up to the same standard. Avoid some dishes and its a really nice place.
