Im just amazed that family members (catfords are at least part owners) of the owners are allowed to write favourable reviews. The place is not very nice!
Quite possibly the worst pub in adelaide... No dining room! Front bar was being eaten by termites so they moved it to the dining room. The place is falling apart! Hasnt been updated since 70's. Whats the owners plans with this place?
Being a local I am glad to see that the meals are back
Being a local resident i do know that the front bar has actually been updated since the 70s, this happened in early 2000. And as for the owners plans, renovations are already happening to the structure of the building, builders have fixed the roof and a new kitchen and bar is being put in now. As for modernising the exterior, these are being considered now.
