I stayed at the Hotel "Tiffins On The Park" on the 28th of February 2015, It was the worst place i have stayed at. One of the girls that works there, i believe could be one of the managers was so rude, and made myself and my wife feel very unwelcome , service was terrible! the room was Ok. nothing special but the manner of the Female Manager was something i have never experienced before. i was also made to pay for my room of two nights upfront, even though they had my credit card details, that is something i have never seen happen before. every encounter with her was rated very poorly by my wife and I. i would not recommend this place to anybody, there are a lot more better places around the same areas, have a better look around.
Given wrong room when arrived! When correct room was given, the wrong key was supplied! Stayed there 4 days and not once was the room cleaned. Was given incorrect breakfast menu. Bathroom badly needed repairs on walls. Restaurant very expensive! very disappointed.
Reasonably good hotel, no bells & whistles but clean and quiet, if that's what you're looking for. A word of caution: if ever you ask the guy at the reception to recommend a nice Italian restaurant nearby and he tells you to walk for 10 mins to a nice "Napolese" restaurant, don't go. The place is not Napolese, but Nepalese. The receptionist doesn't seem to understand the difference !
I did NOT enjoy my stay that this hotel. Thank you to the cleaning staff for remaking my bed with dirty sheets. Thank you for charging me an additional cost for "baby cot linen and towels" and not giving me back the towels for the baby after the first room clean. The photos of the rooms taken by the hotel are very deceptive. The rooms are dated and non-luxurious. I don't know where the 4 star rating came from ... (???#@$) ... I think this place is worth about $89 a night at most. It's really a motel.
