Sheraton On The Park
Reviews
Excellent location. Great breakfast at the lounge floor, beautiful views of Hide Park and the city. Front desk are rude and not friendly, but in the people in the Club Floor is great!
The Feast restaurant at the Sheraton on the Park has the not only the best seafood buffet in Sydney, but great service too. Very family friendly environment, and I'm always there with the family. Just wish they don't have these constant promotions, the place can get packed very quickly. Also try to make it for breakfast, huge range of continental breakfast.
The Feast Restaurant's International Seafood Buffet is a little on the pricey end. However the value comes from the quality of the food and great service the wait staff provides you. The seafood was great as well as their chicken and the range of salads. A little disappointed with the pork belly dish - not enough crackle.
Absolutely fantastic hotel and customer service. would highly recommend anyone to stay here. The views from the top floors and the Sheraton club are spectacular. They have a new restaurant I think it's called Feast or something is a great seafood buffet
High Tea Buffet at the Tea Gallery - Sheraton on the Park Hotel Yesterday I joined a group of 14 friends and family for a afternoon of indulgence at the high tea buffet. I have had high tea before but never served buffet style. While it was a lovely afternoon I think overall I prefer the pretty tea stands delivered to your table than the buffet option. It's nice to be waited on and not line up for food. The room is nicely furnished, chairs super comfy and overall a nice space to spend a few hours. Service was fantastic, plates cleared quickly and the buffet regularly topped up. I was slightly disappointed by the savoury items on offer, an assortment of mini wraps, bread rolls and finger sandwiches but no quiches, which are a favourite for me. The fillings on the sandwiches were nice but I think I still prefer more sandwiches and less rolls. The sweets were a bit hit and miss. The chocolate mousse was delicious but the panacottas were not set. The cakes were fine but not particularly special. Perhaps it is just the buffet style but it reminded me of the dessert bar at The Star casino. We had a fun afternoon but I don't think I would go back based on this visit. There are so many more high teas in Sydney that I think are a little better value and offer more choice,
