stayed over NYE where every Sydney Hotel has ridiculous prices. the hotel makes a very old impression, rooms where clean except several stains in the bathrooms due to the age again. at least it was quiet. somewhat friendly personal that claims to give you a discount on wifi but doesn't in the end. Hotel manager was nice and friendly.
Good location that is easily accessible from the airport rail line (Museum Station) and very affordable. Provides the basics and ideal if needing to be near the CBD, it is very clean and staff were friendly.
bookarrived to find our travel agent hadn't booked our room. after half an hour of making phone calls to just about everyone and they found our booking under the wrong name. Samuel was amazing and fixed the travel agents mistake
Great place to stay if you're looking to be in the heart of the city! Traveled here for business awhile back and there was certainly an ease of convenience from the airport to this hotel as well as any main meeting points for clients and must-see attractions. The staff here was super friendly! They gave me some hints on where to really eat and drink like an Aussie (even tho I'm not one!). The rooms were good, very clean. My room had a queen bed, desk, flat screen, but I did have to pay for internet access. That's something I guess people from the States are spoiled by. Anyway, on my next trip out there I would stay here again if I'm in the Sydney area. Safe travels!
