Worst service ever, they were overwhelmed by just a handful of costumers. Half an hour on the clock just to get two coffees and two sandwiches. They didn't look particularly worried that almost all of their customers left unhappy and with refunds.

I love my coffee. When I say I love my coffee, I mean I love it like rain loves being wet. It is my absolute favourite drink so I am fussy about it in a seriously hard to please way. For the first time in years a cafe got it right first time and every time afterwards. I just had to keep going back to see if I was dreaming. The coffee is consistently great and the food is nothing short of awesome and great value too. They make delicious crispy fresh salads, tummy warming tasty soups and offer healthy as well as decadent choices on the menu. Ask Charlie about his favourite cake. It's a rich chocolate pie with a hazelnut meringue base. I have dreams about that cake. In our household we speak of it in hushed tones and call it THE CAKE. It's so good that when The Adorable Dining Companion offered to take me anywhere I wanted, no limits with shopping on offer, for Valentine's Day I opted for THE CAKE and the best coffee in Springwood. Speaking of the Adorable Dining Companion, he likes to order breakfast at odd times in the day. It's his favourite meal, he would have breakfast every meal if he could and he can at Charlie's Aroma Cafe. They serve breakfast ALL DAY! It's generously served and comes with this gorgeous, soft, thick, toasted bread that says lazy Sunday morning like nothing else can. But you don't have to wait for Sunday for it- you can get that feeling any time of the day any day of the week. Although Sunday wouldn't be Sunday without breakfast at Charlie's while thumbing through the Sunday papers. Charlie and the staff provide excellent, friendly service with the warmest welcome. They offer credit card and EFTPOS payment options- always convenient if you forget to carry cash like I usually do. The atmosphere is always cheerful and relaxing and the staff know how to make kids feel special. Whether we dine inside or sit outside and watch the world go by we leave with a smile on our faces and in an even better mood then when we arrived. It's like taking a mini holiday from the daily grind. Treat yourself and the Adorable Dining Companion of your choice to coffee and cake, an all day breakfast or any other meal at Charlie's Aroma Cafe. It's one of those still affordable luxurious that make up The Good Life.

Not a good serving food on the plate for the price, could have been better and they ripped us off $2.00, won't be going back there again
