It has been quite a while since I was last at this wonderful café/restaurant. I enjoyed my last visit and this latest one even more. The tranquil and historic bushland setting, the quantity and quality of the food, the service and the prices were all superb. The experience has, on both occasions, been enhanced by casually walking the Norman Lindsay Gallery estate until the meal settles. I shall return.
Cafe owner totally lost it with her staff during our visit to the lovely gallery. None of Norman Lindsay's grace was exemplified in this Cafe bearing his name. My daughter did not have to hear that kind of language. Shame!!
Have always had great service and a beautiful meal. The owner is accommodating and has a heart of gold and does everything she can to make your experience welcoming and satisfying. The breakfasts are particularly delicious! The Gallery also encourages local artists by curating exhibitions that make the experience all the richer. In short, wonderful warm meals, a warm welcome and an overall nourishing experience.
Excellent gourmet food. I have been there for breakfast and lunch. Great menu. Lovely setting and good service
