I just moved to the area and have started to check out the local cafés. Kelby's is a good one! My brunch partner and I cycled there so we sat outside, so as not to offend the other diners with our cycling aroma and helmet hair. The staff are laid back and quirky, our waitress wanted to arrange the things on our table so that 'it looked right'. I had a bacon and egg roll and my partner had a croissant with cheese and ham and both were great. Coffee is also good. 5 stars from me!
Great service, great food and great value! Portions were very big, leaving us very satisfied after our meal. You can build your own breakfast or stick to one of the presets in the menu. I particularly really enjoyed the french toast - possibly the best I've had!

Kelby's is my favourite cafe in marrickville. They have consistently good service and friendly staff. We often like to sit outside but often people seem to smoke to inside is a safer bet. They have high chairs and are happy to accomodate children and strollers which is a real plus. Their coffee and food is amazing and I have a particular fondness for their 'Kelby's Big Breakfast' They have home made baked beans in a tomato relish which are the only baked beans I eat.
