I am going to be honest. I have been here before and thought this was the WORSE dining experience I have ever had. Thought to myself, “I will never go here again”. But… I had a birthday to attend and you guessed it, at this place. I thought, maybe it might be better. It was even worse than my first time there. I have dined at many places but these 2 times I have visited were the worse from any place I have dined at. I am still clueless as to how someone can be in business. The 1st time we went there, just an overall bad experience. For the 2nd time we recently visited, all I can say is “hold up your money and watch it magically disappear”. That’s how it felt. We got there, were seating, given salads/sides, etc, etc. No meat given for like 40 minutes, so we all (18 in total) were eating salads/sides till something came out. And when something did come out, it was like 1 skewer going around a table of 18. 1 waitress. You would think that there would be 2 waitress for a table of 18. And truthfully, I can cook and what I can make on a bbq is better and more satisfying. I hate this place with passion. And if I ever get invited to dine there again, I wont go or I will advise this person/s to not go there, its just going to be a bad experience. So there you go, you want to waste your money, want to find out the worse dining experience you’ll ever have, then this is the place for you. I wish my whole table would write up a review for this, they would say to anyone that wants to step foot in this restaurant to never go there ever. Heres something funny, I have never written up a review ever for anything, this is my first time, so for me to do this, does say something. I am no hater nor do I know the business and its owner, I am just customer who had the WORST DINING EXPERIENCE EVER (twice as a matter of fact)!!!
Been there previously had a great time. Used a Groupon voucher, worse service ever. It was supposed to be 2 hours All-You-Can-Eat, they stopped serving us after 50 minutes. Asked 3 different waiters for more meat, salad, eventually got more salad but no meat. They gave us a bill after 45 minutes, an extra $10 surcharge p/p on weekends. Went and complained to the manager, yes yes he said, and nothing happened. After 30 minutes of sitting there asking for more food, decided to leave before the show. Everyone else around us appeared to be enjoying themselves and getting served but it was really obvious they wanted us out even the table next to us noticed and shrugged their shoulders. Have lodged a complaint with Groupon and rang Bar Brazilia, left a message but no one has called me back.
Amazing food and cocktails! For once, in opposite to most of others brazilian restaurant the marinades were not too salty and were really tasty. The staff was really nice and friendly. A high chair was as well provided to our son, and he loved the food as well!
The Management of this restaurant is perhaps the worst I have ever come across. The service was extremely slow. After waiting for an hour to get food we decided to give up. As such we only managed to get half of what was part of the menu. When we spoke to management, their response was "we were busy - don't judge us on this". If they call that busy I would hate to see how they cope when they really are busy. We were upstairs on one of three tables of patrons, the rest were vacant. Even though they admitted that we only got half of what was promised they still charged us full price for the meal - their attempt at being diplomatic was to not charge us for our drink. If you want to go Brazilian, try another restaurant. If you have to eat in Brighton-Le-Sands there are so many better run places than Bat Brazilia.
I sent in an email for breakfast reservation on Wednesday and booked for Saturday. Despite my effort to call them three times and send them an email to confirm my booking, I have got no reply from them. Today is Friday and I just wonder whether I should go tomorrow. Very bad management because if they want customers to do reservation via email, they should reply and confirm the bookings by email. David Yan
