Not sure why it's a 3.8? By Laramie standards this is a 6 out of 5, and anywhere else this holds up as a 5. Beers are fantastic, service is top notch, and prices are sweet. Xoxo Coal Creek.
When I lived in Laramie I was there at least 3 times a week now I visit two or three times a year and Coal Creek is where I head right away. Feels like home. Everything they make is homemade....baked goods, coffee, soup, sandwichs(and yes the bread is hand made!) Now with the addition of the Tap and their hand made beer what more could you ask for!
I get all my whole bean coffee here. My current favorite is the Guatemala SHB that has a hint of chocolate and is really smooth. It is the best - at least for now until I find my next favorite.
Make a point of stopping by whenever I'm in town! I love the atmosphere and always purchase some coffee to take home with me. Can't get coffee like this in Utah.
Always a treat to spend time at Coal Creek. This place is a perfect example of the benefit of going local instead of a chain. And now that they have beer next door at Coal Creek Tap, I can't imaging ever needing to go anywhere else.
