Dan Cava Toyota World Llc

Always a bad experience. They are a disgrace to the Toyota name. I will never own another Toyota because I will not risk dealing with another dealership like this one. Its a typical knucklehead operation with zero quality assurance checks in place. Double check their work and take pictures of everything before taking it in. Double check your child seats, they may unlatch them without telling you. Oh and don't even bother asking a question. Chances are they will get defensive and use the goto answer of call the Toyota Hotline. The Toyota Hotline will tell you that the Hotline isn't for answering these types of questions and state that they must be answered through the dealership. The Hotline will ensure you that the dealership will answer all your questions. Clearly a a huge disconnect here. So if you decide to ignore this review, good luck, you've been warned. I hope your experiences are better.
This was only 1 of 2 dealers I've ever visited that was not pushy and rude. My salesman's name was Dionne (sp?). Everything they told me on the phone before visiting was true and they delivered on every verbal promise made to me. I had to wait a little when I got there because my salesman was in the midst of selling 2 cars at once (excluding me)...wow! They were extremely accomodating, polite and pleasant with me and my family. I have had my Prius C for exactly 1 year now and have had absolutely no problems or any issue of any kind. Dan Cavas gave me ~$450 off msrp, this was at the time when many dealers were adding up to +3k to their Prius C's calling it a dealer price adjustment and NO dealers were discounting at all. I love my Prius (best car I've ever had by far) and buying it from Dionne was a good experience. Jeff Keiling, Frostburg, MD.
I had trouble getting a price from them over the phone. Salesman wasn't rude, but definitely could have been more helpful and welcoming.
VERY unpleasant experience. The employees tried to hard sell and did not seem interested in our needs at all, only pushing what products they already had. Prices were high, they lowballed our trade-in ... we took our business elsewhere.
