Fantastic experience with sales and service overall! I bought my first car here (2013 Civic) and it was an overwhelmingly pleasant experience.They gave me a great discount and all of the salespeople were very welcoming and accommodating (shout out to Wade!) even when we had to stay after closing to finish up paperwork. Even though I am out of state now, I've gone out of my way to have my car serviced here after a bad experience at another dealership's shop in Ohio. Urse's service found some serious overlooked/ignored interior damage to my car and brought it to my attention. Within 4 business days, they had the parts ordered and installed. So speedy! I also have free lifetime oil changes to keep me coming back :) Thanks Urse Honda for legitimate and honest customer service!
We were looking for a small efficient car to replace our Cobalt. After looking at the Versa, Sentara, Dart, Corolla etc, it had come down to the Sonata or the Elantra. We leaned towards the Sonata because of features. Figured we’d go to Urse Honda and look at a Civic before we went and bought the Sonata. We went to Urse Honda just to look and came home with a Civic. Urse is a no haggle dealership. No pressure just drive the cars your interested in (we drove 2 Civics and an Accord. Drove them all the way home the long way. Spent at least 2 hrs and 100 miles test driving without a salesperson sitting in the back seat blabbing all the way.) and here is the price. They printed out sheets for each car showing the price, the trade value and the cash down necessary to achieve our payment. Wayne Slater was our salesperson. Very professional. I don’t think that we spent more than ten minutes in the finance office because we all knew going in what the monies were. They did try and sell us a tire package but we said no and that was it. Just a matter of signing and driving. We left that dealer with a smile. A copula days later B realized that she had left a favorite CD in the Cobalt and wouldn’t you know, that day in the mail was a package from Wayne with a nice note and the CD. If you enjoy haggling and the dealer pressure tactics of a typical car negotiation do not go to Urse. In our search Larry Meyers Subaru/Hyundai was the worst, you need a shower when done with them. The salesman insisted on going along on the test drive, the only salesman to do so in our search. It was their dealing style that helped sway the decision of Civic over Sonata. If they treat you that way when your giving them a lot of money what will the service be like? I’ll tell you, awful. In my opinion the Civic is a much better machine than the Hyundai. We were afraid the Civic would be too expensive. On paper both cars are close. We were a little afraid the Hyundai would not hold it’s value. Not so with the Honda. It has the strongest resale value of all and Wayne gave a heck of a good deal. Ya know, when you spend that much on something that you will have for 4 or 5 years and have such a close relationship with it nice to not be pressured into a bad decision. We would like to give our highest thanks to Urse Honda and you can bet when we go car shopping again if we want a Honda we will go back. Wayne Slater and Urse Honda, Thank You
Great customer service. Unbeatable price. The day of purchase was nice and easy thanks to all of the staff. Will be returning when I purchase future cars.
