Accommodating and friendly staff. My favorite place to fire up the computer and focus before meetings in the area.
Never go here on your way to work unless you want to be late! Coming from living in larger cities, I was used to pulling up to a starbucks drive thru with a line of 5-6 cars, but getting my drink and getting on my way in less than 5 minutes or so. Not at this location! I'm sorry to report they are terribly slow here! Even though this location is more convienient on my route to work, I go to the other Wausau location when I need my Starbucks fix in the morning (they're only slightly faster). It isn't just in the morning either...I've been to this location at several other times of the day and it takes FOREVER to get your drink through the drive thru, even if you're the only car there. Please take a hint from Starbucks in larger cities and step it up a bit. Few people are going to leave for work an extra 15 minutes early just so they can stop for coffee.
Every time I come into this Starbucks the staff is friendly, welcoming, and most know my name and get my drink started as soon as they see me!
