Great coffee, great service! Just wish they were open later at night and earlier in the morning.
The quality of Bigby coffee is good, but not great. It still beats going to a Starbucks. The customer service at this particular location was fantastic. We went here several times during a recent stay in the Wausau area. With close proximity to the Wasau Hospital, this is a good place to get your "fix". With multiple trips on multiple days, we always had acceptable coffee and great customer service.
I went to college in east lansing and studied a lot at the original biggby (called beaners at that time). Everything is much better here than at starbucks but i prefer to go to a locally owned place unless i'm in a hurry. The drive through here is really a big plus when i'm on my way to work.
I have yet to have any of their coffee that I did not like. My favorite is to tell them to surprise me with their fav I have not been disappointed yet! Every one their is so nice and friendly. Kudos to their staff at both Wausau locations! Now they need one on the West side of town instead of that other coffee place. Sal
Very nice and friendly baristas. Really good coffee too! My favorite is coconut caramel latte, try it!
