Love, love, love the Roastery! Their hot chocolate is delicious and so are their smoothies. Their coffee drinks can be hit or miss depending on the time of day and barista making it. However, their bakery is always on point, and I have a hard time saying no to the gimassive peanut butter cookies! Both Tammy and Randy always have smiles and friendly hellos. The only downside is it can be difficult to find seating in the morning and on weekends. Plus the roasting coffee is a wonderful smell! I'm glad to call this my neighborhood cafe.
Charming cafe in lovely downtown Cedarburg. Great assortment of drinks, highlighted by their outstanding coffee. I can't get enough of their Italian Roast, one of the few whole bean coffees I have found that has a consistently strong flavor when brewing at home.
Really great coffee beans. Got some to grind at home every morning and it tasted great to me.
You can buy green (unroasted) beans at a great price, but then you would miss out on their smooth and consistantly roasted selection. Their Public Market space in downtown Milwaukee is a great spot to pick up a drink during the lunch rush. The staff there is quite friendly.
Best Coffee in Cedarburg. Coffee roasted daily on site. All blends are great but Cedarburg Roast is my addiction here. Fantastic baked goods to snack on here!
