Fast and friendly. I only wish their buffet had been more successful, it was a great place for lunch.
No, their buffet was supper good and CHEAP! They just discontinued their buffet and I really wish they would bring it back! However, their take out is really good and also really cheap. I wife and I just moved here and after we found this place we just can't stop going there. I am really thankful to have a good chinese place is such a small town like West Point. P.S. they already know my wife and I already and know what we wont as well. They are really friendly.
I have eaten at Tops about four times now. They already remember my custom order and are always friendly. The food is always hot and fresh and prepared quickly. I highly recommend this place. You cant go wrong with this choice!
I'm not sure if it's authentic, but our entire family loves the General Tao's chicken from Tops China in West Point! We no longer live in the area, but when we drive through, we get some because we can't find it made like they do it here. Portions are HUGE so you'll have plenty of leftovers.
