Nick's Spaghetti & Steak House
Reviews
Recently went to Nicks, because my cousins son had a scrimmage football game near buy. This place looked inviting, by boy were we wrong. We got there and were seated...I had my two kids (4 and 6) and my cousin and his wife had their two kids(9 and 14 month old) our waitress took our order for the kids first so their food could come out first. after getting out drinks and putting in the kids order, she took the adults order. I ordered a NY Strip steak, and my cousin and his wife order too. After 25 minutes the waitress returned and informed me they were out of NY Strip steaks....Huh a half hour later almost. My cousins wife spoke with the owners son, and he seemed a bit irritated and rude to her. When I looked up he had his hand up shaking it and by the looks of the conversation, he was not very customer friendly. His excuse was that has a older cook and he was messing up in the kitchen. Well, sorry that sounds like a personal problem to me. After ordering something new, and all finishing our meals we went up to pay. Me and my cousin talked to the owners son, who I assume was the night manager. He totally didn't seem to be genuinely concerned about our bad experience and was a little rude to us. He asked if there was anything he could do, and when I mentioned taking some money off the bill, he said he couldn't and offer us deserts to take home....huh? Really? the food was less than ok, and had no flavor at all. I was truly disappointed with the food and the service, so think tice when you choose this place.
I got the hamburger steak I didn't like the cheese that was on top of it but my salad was good
Hospital food is better.
Not impressed. Heard a lot of good things about this place, just don't see it. The spaghetti sauce tasted like Ragu. I was hoping for another yummy italian place, but sadly it is not.
Awesome food and very friendly staff. Family setting and will not break the bank
