Very ghetto place. The manager on duty was extremely rude and nasty. They greeted my wife and I with "what?". After we had been standing in front of them waiting to be served. Apparently we interrupted her discussion with another employee that was digging for coupons in the paper. Seriously, coupons were more important than helping customers! Then later while eating, the employees were yelling profanities back and forth with someone they knew, who had just walked in. We had a hard time finding a table that wasn't covered in filth. Still had to wipe off crumbs on the cleanest table we could find. Food was disgusting, couldn't even finish half our meal it was so bad. The Hardee's back home is a 100 times better than this filthy dump. Last time we ever stop at this Hardee's while passing through West Point.
Absolutely terrible/rude customer service coupled with the fact that waiting 20mins for your food is not fast food.
