Thats weird, whenever I have had an order to pick up they always open the boxes and check to make sure the order is correct. Well atleast you know they are striving to make themselves better and listening to their customer complaints. And today, they actually told me they gave me extra wings cuz some were smaller. Its really weird hearing these comments. oh well..
When you eat at this BWW the food and service is excellent. However, when you take food home the portions are noticeable smaller and typically incorrect about 95% of the time. My husband and I always take all our food out on the counter to inspect and usually this step is worth while. They are always polite about their mistakes and even gave us gift card once because they overheard us joking about how the food is always wrong. Highly recommended for dining in, not recommended for taking out.
