The people are always very friendly. Their Wi Fi is a slow at times. The food is very good.
Firstly, when my husband and I walked in there to place our order it was 10:21am and there were two customers at the register with two cashiers. After one of the customers was done, we walked up to the open register and the cashier just turned and walked away. Didn't say a word, just looked at us and walked away. It would of been nice if she would of had the common courtesy to at least acknowledge our existence and say she'll be right back. When she finally does come back, I go to place my breakfast order and one of the cooks on the line just yells, "No more breakfast!", like we were just a huge pain in her butt. So my husband and I just left. It would of been nice if the cashier wasn't rude and could of just said that breakfast was over, since we were just standing there for almost 10 minutes waiting. We will not be returning to a restaurant that has such poor customer service and yells at their customers.
Have consistently received good service here. The staff are attentive. My orders were always accurate. My wait times have for the most part been minimal. Granted you can't please every customer 100% of the time, but Panera and this location do fine by me consistently.
I'm a traveling businessman. Needless to say, I've been to a lot of Panera restaurants. This is by far the most disgusting, most rude, and just overall bad experience. I wish I could say that this only happened once or twice, but I have been here several times hoping for a better experience. If you are health conscious, there are several other restaurants nearby that are much friendlier than this location. If anyone from Panera reads this-- try cleaning your tables, telling your associates not to sleep on the job, not to cuss at the counter, and NOT eating where you're making my food
Good place, very relaxed. Food is good, except the lettuce on their salads is low quality iceberg lettuce, would be nice if it was green once in awhile. Prices are reasonable, and their rewards system is pretty cool, I've gotten free meals before.
