Starbucks

I used to really enjoy coming here, but there is this one barista who makes my experience unpleasant every time and it is getting old. No smiles, no greeting, no thank you. It seems like my presence there is a bother for her to do her job. In a day where the dollar doesn't stretch like it used to, she should be grateful I choose to go there and give her store business. If Miss Attitude doesn't change, I will gladly go elsewhere. Tired of unfriendly service.

Starbucks is pretty much the same wherever you go. That said, what makes this location exceptional is the customer service. They are quick to smile and everyone is very personable. The staff here is willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I just moved to the Yorktown area and I will be a regular at this location. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had with any food/drink/coffee establishment.

We love this Starbucks. It is our favorite from all the rest. Drive through is so convenient. Customer service is by far the best. For Jennifer below. To let ONE person ruin your whole experience and base your review for this Starbucks as a whole on her is a bit ridiculous. Try talking to her and telling her how you feel. You have no idea why she is being that way. Something tragic could have happened to her. People who work in service Industries are just that PEOPLE. Please keep that in mind the next time you have a bad day or something unimaginable happens to you and you don't flash a smile at someone.

some lady marsha said this place was bad, she couldnt be more wrong. I go to this starbucks every wednesday for a bible meeting with several other good friends. None of us have ever had a complaint! and the staff has always been incredible

This is my 2nd review, after staying away for what I'd hoped were some much needed changes...unfortunately, the "change" is that now not only do they not make drinks certain ways, some staff don't know the difference between a latte and a cappucino, have basic math skills, and they are extraordinarily rude. Do yourself a favor: take the extra 10 minutes, and go to Jefferson Commons.
