The folks here are very nice, and eager to please. For people who are disappointed with the anorexic donuts offered at the Newport News stores, this place is a pleasant surprise that invokes memories of other Dunkin Donuts in times and places past. These are the real Dunkin Donuts as served all over the east coast for decades, with a full complement of icing, glaze or filling. The donuts are consistent but are each made slightly differently, as by actual bakers, not the vapid uniformity that is churned out of some vast production line in a factory somewhere. Yum! It's worth the drive if you like authentic Dunkin Donuts.
Sitting here at 6:30 on Sunday June 9 2013, driving home. Stopped to get a coffee and a sandwich and was told they were out of what i wanted and actually they were out of all their sandwiches that the truck will be here tomorrow. What? How the hell does that help me now? The place is nice, not a gas station but if there is no food what's the point?
Snotty attitudes
The service was okay but left much to be desired in the mornings. Evening is the best time to go. The servers are more friendly and helpful.
