Everytime my husband or I go in or threw drive-threw they always mess up our food. Always under cooked, stafe are rude. You go in with a bright attitude come out pissed off... frys aren't slated right. Its just bad all together.
Most ghetto McDonalds i have been in yet and i travel the US with my husband. The cashier was really rude to us while ordering, and in the back employees were cussing loud enough to where our kids could hear it, but what got me was the manager who was in the back with them cussing and not getting orders out, waited about 15 minutes for 2 mcdoubles and some fries. The "large fry" was about the same amount as a small went back to get my moneys worth. Manager wouldn't give me a new fry, then accused me of eating all the fries and trying to scam him. Other employees were disgusting, saw two not wash hands from handling garbage bags, and going to the bathroom. Save yourself some time a go elsewhere.
Wife went to this location to order lunch for us and upon getting home with it realized half of our order was missing. Had to drive all the way back to pick it up and the employees were standing around talking crap about me as I waited for the order. Not wishing for a spit wad in my Big Mac I decided to refrain from saying anything at the moment. The people that work there obviously have all the power. I guess that's why they get paid the big bucks. Future leaders of America.
At night the service is very slow. Turn around time for chicken nuggets are poor. Everytime I come here I always get shorted fries. I love my frys and always get ripped off. Also, the presentation of their employees are extremely bad. Colored hair with rings in their lips and shirts untucked. Absolutely unprofessional.
Don't go here. Find another McDonald's. Horrible service. Very slow. Order wrong 70% of the time.
