do not go!!! came from VA beach and wanted my smoothie with presented coupon. personnel did everything not to honor it and they should not work there. I guess family owned means they can do whatever and still work and owners can benefit from franchise name. decided to go somewhere else and Tropical Smoothie anywhere lost a customer. went to subway

Locally family owned. Great service for a quick food joint. Everything made as ordered and tastes great.

This is my favorite troipcal smoothie in the Richmond area, mainly because of the really nice people that work there, and they make the food extra good somehow.
