Had baked potato and steak, steak was cold, potato was smoking hot. Out of all chain steakhouses this one is the worst so far
Great customer service, very clean, great food.
I like the call ahead and place your name on a waiting list feature. that really cut the wait time on an EXTREMELY busy night. but let's get straight to the point. the beef tips were AWFUL !. chewy to the point of unworthy to spit out for your dog. what a complete and utter disappointment! i've heard so much about how great this place was. our server even said "we haven't had to take any back all day" when i specifically asked how were the beef tips. boy, if i weren't so shy, i definitely would have been the first that day. anyway, even though this was my first dinner experience, i had an office luncheon a few months before and had some wonderful fish and chips. absolutely delicious. so next, if there is, which i doubt, i'll stick with the fish. just for comparison. i had the fish and chips recently at o'charely's and they were horrible. why are restaurants so inconsistent? peace.
My favorite place for steak, hands down. For the money, I have not found a better steak anywhere else. They also make an excellent salad. Prices are reasonable, the food is good, as well as the service. What more do you need?
Had the ribs. They tasted great but a little over cooked. Baked potatoe and rice was very good. Had starter cheese fries and thought they were great too. All in all, good food, good sevice, good price.
