The food was Awesome! The lady that owns the restaurant is very nice. The waitress there was also very nice. Great experience. We moved from Texas to here, I would definitely recommend going.
We went there for lunch and had a great meal for a great price. The staff was also very friendly. We will go back the next time we are in town.
We love this place. It is a locally owned business, the owners are always there and very hospitable. It is not fancy or high-brow by any means, but good food, great service and a fun atmosphere. We like to sit on the back patio and dine alfresco or just have a glass of wine. It is our main dining establishment when we are in the area. My husband and I are food snobs and we always come back here.
We ate here last summer and thinking about visiting the town of Clarksville again....so we were looking to find the name of the restaurant that we had such a great time in....and found it, by the description of the charming house...we are planning on returning...good food...great atmosphere...reasonable...good location.
Me and my boyfriend came to the Lake House expecting a great meal it looked like a neat place. WORNG. We waited for about 10 minutes to be seated and then some old guy came out of what looked like the bar area and shhh'd us. After being ignored for such a long period of time we walked over to the pub which was GREAT! That is completely unacceptable service, must be owned by a wealthy family known locally for their last name and thats the only reason the restaurant is still open.
